Great job on the video. It's a great idea to incorporate technology like this for a project on rocks. What a great way to get the students involved in both as I'm sure they are excited to check each others projects out. I feel like when the students record their voices they feel like rock stars!

Virtual field trips = amazing idea! As a history teacher, this could be an awesome way for my students to use the Internet to bring the rest of the world to their own classroom. Our district has no money for field trips that are local, and definitely no opportunity to go far away. I am excited by the potential with this assignment suggestion.
You provided many other great suggestions and put them all into a great presentation. You did a wonderful job with this assignment!

Kellie,
I found your video very easy to follow and full of great information. I think this would be excellent to use in my own class since I could bring in my Wii bowling and I'm sure the kids would love to get up there and play. They could play in teams where one bowls and the other tracks.
